A: Order less than 100 square meters led time takes 7-15 working days.

A: Low MOQ, 1 square meter, or a module checking is available.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We mostly accept EXW terms, but we can help you order and arrange shipping agents. It usually takes 30 days by sea and a few days for customer clearance. 6-7days by Air,4-5days by express.

Q5. How to proceed with an order for led display?

A: First, let us know your requirements or applications. Then, we quote according to your requirements or applications. Third, the customer confirms the design document and places a deposit for a formal order. Last, we arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my LOGO on the LED display product?

A: Yes, and please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design first based on our sample.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new modules with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including recall according to the real situation.
